From November 2 to 3, 2025, the “China-Africa Port International Cooperation Roundtable Conference and Preparatory Conference for the China-Africa Port International Industrial Chain Alliance” was grandly held in Suzhou, Jiangsu. This conference closely followed the Belt and Road Initiative and the new vision of China-Africa cooperation, with the core theme of “Port-Industry Cooperation, Trade Chain Connectivity.” Jointly organized by the China-Africa Industrial Cooperation Development Forum and Jiangsu Suzhou Port Group, it gathered ambassadors, corporate representatives, and financial institution leaders from multiple African countries including South Africa, Algeria, and Nigeria to discuss major plans for China-Africa port construction, supply chain coordination, and industrial cooperation.
