The FSHB-240 is a high-performance modular RO seawater desalination system, ideal for projects requiring stable, large-scale supply with constraints on space and energy. It produces 240 tons of high-quality freshwater daily. The compact skid design (12m L x 1.6m W x 2.6m H) and 52.5kW power consumption deliver excellent space and energy efficiency, making it perfect for medium communities, industrial parks, and commercial facilities.
Featuring high salt-rejection RO membranes, it ensures a stable rejection rate of 99.2%, producing water (TDS <700ppm) superior to conventional standards. The optimized system achieves a 35% recovery rate, maximizing water use and reducing pretreatment and operational costs. It handles feed water up to 40,000 ppm TDS and operates reliably in 5-45°C environments.
