Product Details

The FSHB-1.5 is the smallest and most flexible portable reverse osmosis freshwater unit in our product line, specifically optimized for ultra-small-scale, mobile, and off-grid applications. With a daily output of 1.5 tons, a power consumption of just 1.5 kW, and an extremely lightweight enclosure (0.8m x 0.5m x 0.5m, net weight 100 kg), it redefines the concept of “portable water sources,” providing the ultimate solution for small fishing boats, solo expeditions, research stations, and micro-commercial setups.

This unit maintains the core performance of the series, with a desalination rate of up to 99.2% and a produced water TDS of less than 700 ppm. Its flexible power options (supporting both 220V single-phase and 380V/440V three-phase configurations) make it adaptable to a wide range of environments, from home outlets to industrial power grids. The unit is fully integrated and truly plug-and-play, offering an unprecedented lightweight, autonomous water supply experience.

Core Advantages

Extremely Lightweight & Fully Portable: Weighing only 100 kg with a volume of less than 0.2 cubic meters, it is one of the easiest-to-transport, install, and move freshwater units in its class, capable of being deployed in nearly any space.

Highly Flexible Power Options: Exclusively supports 220V single-phase household power, significantly lowering the usage threshold in environments without three-phase electricity (such as small fishing boats or remote homes), while also being compatible with standard industrial three-phase power.

Plug-and-Play, Extremely Simple Operation: Fully integrated and tested at the factory. Users only need to connect the water inlet/outlet and power, then press the start button to begin producing freshwater—no complex installation required.

Uncompromised Performance, Reliable Water Quality: Despite its compact size, it maintains a 99.2% desalination rate, ensuring that the produced freshwater is of high quality and reliable.

Durable Design, All-Scenario Adaptability: Operates stably within a wide temperature range of 5-45°C and handles high-salinity feedwater, making it suitable for harsh offshore and outdoor environments.

Application Scenarios

Small Fishing Boats & Dinghies: Provides essential drinking water for crew members on small fishing boats, significantly improving comfort and safety while at sea.

Outdoor Expeditions & Solo Operations: Meets the water supply needs of individuals working in remote areas, such as geologists, forest rangers, and wildlife photographers.

Micro Commercial & Household Use: Provides an economically independent water source for seaside shops, small guesthouses, villas, or remote island homes.

Special Vehicles & Mobile Platforms: Easily integrates into RVs, communication vehicles, mobile outposts, etc., serving as an onboard freshwater supply unit.

Research & Education: Suitable for small science museums, environmental monitoring stations, or research teams that require field water supply and teaching demonstrations.
