Product Details

The FSHB-100 is a compact RO system designed for small to medium-scale freshwater needs. With 100 TPD reliable outputultra-low 30kW energy consumption, and a minimal footprint (5m L x 2m W x 1.9m H), it is ideal for islands, vessels, remote communities, and small/medium industries. It maintains a stable 99.2% salt rejection for high-quality water (TDS <700ppm) and handles feed water up to 40,000 ppm TDS.

Core Advantages

Extremely Compact & Flexible: Skid design with tiny footprint, easily transported via container for space-constrained or mobile use.

Efficient & Low-Cost Operation: 30kW power and 35% recovery rate lower per-ton production costs and offer fast ROI.

Stable Operation & Quality: Industrial-grade components ensure long-term stability in 5-45°C, pH 3-10 conditions, delivering excellent water.

Plug-and-Play, Simple Maintenance: Factory-integrated for quick setup; modular design eases inspection and part replacement.

Global Voltage Adaptable: Supports 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, 480V/60Hz industrial voltages.

Applications

Small Islands & Coastal Sites: Independent supply for resorts, fishing villages, outposts.

Ships & Offshore Platforms: Drinking/domestic water for medium vessels and offshore facilities.

Industrial & Commercial Support: Process/auxiliary water for small factories, laundries, hotels.

Emergency & Field Operations: Rapidly deployable unit for temporary camps or disaster areas.
