Product Details

The FSHB-50 is a high-performance, cost-effective reverse osmosis desalination system designed for medium-scale freshwater demand. With a stable output of 50 tons per day, ultra-low operating power consumption of just 18.5kW, and an excellent desalination rate of 99.2%, it achieves a perfect balance of high efficiency and low cost. This system can tolerate feedwater with salinity up to 40,000 ppm, producing high-quality freshwater with a TDS of less than 700 ppm. It is an ideal choice for small to medium-sized communities, commercial facilities, and industrial applications.

The system uses an integrated skid-mounted design (approximately 5.9m x 2.4m x 2.6m), which is compact and easy to transport and install quickly. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of 5-45°C and has strong adaptability. With its outstanding 35% system recovery rate and optimized energy consumption, the FSHB-50 significantly saves water and electricity costs during long-term operation, making it a reliable and economical freshwater solution.

Core Advantages

High Energy Efficiency, Low Operating Costs: The 18.5kW low power consumption combined with the 35% high recovery rate design delivers excellent water production energy consumption and water utilization rates, offering a significant lifecycle cost advantage.

Stable Water Production, Excellent Quality: With a desalination rate of up to 99.2%, the TDS of produced water remains stably below 700 ppm, meeting high-quality freshwater demands for various applications.

Strong Environmental Adaptability: Operates within a temperature range of 5-45°C and can treat complex feedwater with TDS ≤ 40,000 ppm and pH 3-10, ensuring high stability.

Compact, Durable, Quick Deployment: The integrated skid-mounted prefabricated structure is robust and reliable, significantly reducing onsite installation work and enabling rapid commissioning.

Global Voltage Compatibility: The standard configuration supports various industrial voltages, including 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, and 480V/60Hz, making it suitable for global use.

Application Scenarios

Small to Medium-Sized Communities and Islands: Provides reliable drinking and commercial water for hotels, resorts, small towns, or mining camps.

Vessels and Offshore Facilities: Meets the freshwater self-sufficiency needs of medium-sized fishing boats, workboats, cruise ships, and offshore platforms.

Commercial and Light Industry: Suitable for industries such as food processing, laundry services, and small to medium-sized factories requiring process or auxiliary water.

Agriculture and Irrigation: Provides desalinated irrigation water for greenhouse farming or specialty agriculture.

Emergency and Mobile Water Supply: As a modular system, it can be quickly deployed at disaster relief sites or temporary project bases.
