Product Details

The FSHB25C is an ultra-compact reverse osmosis system specifically designed for small-scale, distributed freshwater needs. With a stable daily output of 25 tons and an ultra-low operating power consumption of only 5.5 kW, it delivers efficient water treatment capabilities in an extremely small footprint (1.7m x 1.12m x 1.9m). It is the ideal choice for small islands, fishing boats, mobile camps, and distributed sites.

The system features an integrated design, equipped with efficient reverse osmosis membrane components, ensuring a stable desalination rate of 99.2%. The produced water has a TDS consistently below 700 ppm, guaranteeing pure and reliable water quality. Its robust casing structure and globally compatible 440V/60Hz voltage design make the FSHB25C adaptable to various complex environments such as onboard, outdoor, and remote areas, providing you with an easy-to-install, economical, and flexible freshwater solution.

Core Advantages

Extremely Compact and Lightweight: With a footprint of less than 2 square meters and a net weight of only 800 kg, it is one of the easiest models to transport, install, and move within its class.

Ultra-Low Energy Consumption, Excellent Economy: With a rated power consumption of only 5.5 kW, it significantly reduces daily electricity costs, making it especially suitable for diesel power generation or areas with limited power supply.

Plug-and-Play Integrated Design: All internal pipes and electrical circuits are integrated in the factory. Onsite installation only requires connecting the inlet/outlet pipes and power supply, allowing for quick startup and saving time and effort.

Guaranteed Water Quality: The core desalination rate reaches 99.2%, effectively removing salt and impurities from seawater to produce high-quality freshwater.

Strong Environmental Adaptability: Operates stably within a wide temperature range of 5-45°C and can handle high TDS feedwater, meeting a variety of water source conditions.

Application Scenarios

Small Islands and Fishing Boats: Provides self-sustaining drinking water and freshwater for remote islands, medium-sized fishing boats, or yachts.

Mobile Camps and Field Operations: Supplies reliable logistical water for temporary camps such as geological exploration or construction sites.

Distributed Commercial Outlets: Meets the daily water needs of small coastal shops, service stations, and small vacation homes.

Community Emergency Backup: Serves as an emergency water supply device for communities, schools, or institutions, helping to address short-term water supply interruptions.

Special Water Source Treatment: Used to treat high-salinity groundwater or brackish water, converting it into usable water sources.
