Product Details

The FSHB-150 is a highly integrated modular RO system designed for medium-scale projects with high demands for space economy and operational cost-effectiveness. It delivers 150 tons of high-quality freshwater daily with only 37kW power consumption, all within an extremely compact footprint (approx. 5.9m L x 2.4m W x 2.4m H).

It inherits the reliability of the series, utilizing efficient RO membranes and energy recovery to achieve 99.2% salt rejection and a 35% recovery rate with low energy-per-ton consumption. It adapts to complex feed water up to 40,000 ppm TDS, offering a cost-effective solution for island developments, medium industrial projects, and community supply.

Core Advantages

Compact & Efficient: Integrated skid design saves space, facilitates transport/installation; 37kW low-power operation cuts long-term costs.

Stable, High-Quality Output: 150 TPD with stable >99.2% salt rejection ensures reliable water quality (TDS <700ppm).

Wide Environmental Tolerance: Handles high-salinity feed (TDS ≤ 40,000 ppm), pH 3-10, and operates in 5-45°C.

Plug-and-Play, Easy Maintenance: Factory-tested for quick commissioning; modular design simplifies upkeep.

Global Voltage Support: Compatible with 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, 480V/60Hz standards.

Typical Applications

Medium Islands & Communities: Stable water for hotels, resorts, and small residential areas.

Industrial Support: Process water for medium food processing, beverage production, light manufacturing.

Ships & Marine Platforms: Freshwater self-sufficiency for large ships and offshore platforms.

Emergency & Mobile Supply: Modular equipment for disaster relief or temporary camps.
