Product Details

The FSHB 25A is a standard reverse osmosis system designed for small-scale freshwater needs. Built on a mature and stable technology platform, it delivers a reliable output of 25 tons per day with an ultra-low operating energy consumption of just 5.5 kW, providing an economical freshwater solution. The system features a highly integrated skid-mounted design, with a compact structure (1.7m x 1.12m x 1.9m), and maintains a stable desalination rate of 99.2%. It can effectively treat feedwater with a TDS of up to 40,000 ppm and produce high-quality freshwater with a TDS of less than 700 ppm.

As a classic A-series model, the FSHB 25A achieves a balance of operational efficiency and reliability with a 25% system recovery rate and standard 440V/60Hz industrial voltage configuration. Its design focuses on the stable performance of core functions, with easy installation and user-friendly maintenance. It is the ideal, cost-effective choice for small communities, vessels, commercial facilities, and independent project sites requiring a stable water source.

Core Advantages

Standard & Reliable, Proven Over Time: Utilizes the mature design of the A series, ensuring stable operation and reliable performance. It is a high-cost-effective choice for meeting small-scale standard water supply needs.

Ultra-Energy-Efficient, Cost-Controlled: With a rated power consumption of just 5.5 kW, it significantly reduces daily operating electricity costs, making it especially suitable for cost-sensitive scenarios.

Compact Structure, Flexible Deployment: The integrated skid-mounted design has a small footprint, is lightweight, and is easy to transport, lift, and quickly install in limited spaces.

Excellent Water Quality, Stable Performance: The system maintains a high desalination rate of 99.2%, ensuring pure water quality. It operates stably within a wide temperature range of 5-45°C.

Global Voltage Compatibility: The standard configuration supports 440V/60Hz three-phase power supply, making it compatible with industrial power grids in most regions worldwide.

Application Scenarios

Small Islands and Communities: Provides independent drinking water sources for small villages, vacation homes, or workstations lacking municipal water supply.

Various Medium to Small Vessels: Meets the freshwater self-sufficiency needs of fishing boats, cargo ships, engineering vessels, and yachts.

Commercial & Light Industry: Suitable for the daily operational water needs of coastal restaurants, small hotels, laundromats, or light processing factories.

Mobile Camps & Construction Sites: Provides reliable logistical water support for construction camps, exploration bases, or activity camps in remote areas.

Emergency & Backup Water Supply: Serves as an emergency backup water supply device for communities, schools, or facilities facing short-term water shortages.
