Product Details

The FSHB-60A is our classic standard reverse osmosis seawater desalination system. With a stable daily output of 60 tons, a robust and reliable overall design, and high-quality water that meets potable water standards, it has become a trusted choice for small and medium-sized projects requiring basic water supply. The system uses a highly integrated skid-mounted design (only 2.25m x 1.25m x 2.04m) and is equipped with a German-made Sepck brand high-pressure pump. Operating efficiently with a system recovery rate of approximately 33% and low energy consumption of just 18.5kW, it directly produces freshwater that meets the national drinking water hygiene standards GB5749-2006. The control system, with an IP56 protection rating, ensures stable operation in various environments, making it a standardized, cost-effective solution for meeting basic freshwater needs.

Core Advantages

Standard & Reliable, Proven Over Time: As a classic A-series product, its design is mature, operation stable, and maintenance convenient. It is a reliable choice for meeting basic water supply needs.

Extremely Compact, Flexible Deployment: The highly compact integrated design requires minimal installation space, making it easy to deploy and install in limited areas quickly.

Economic & Energy-Saving, Low Operating Costs: With a host power consumption of just 18.5kW and optimized system efficiency, the production cost per ton of water is significantly reduced.

Water Quality Meets Standards, Safe to Drink: The core water quality indicators strictly comply with the national drinking water standards, ensuring the water is safe and directly usable for daily life and drinking.

Core Components, Quality Assurance: The key high-pressure pump is from the well-known German brand Sepck, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system.

Excellent Protection, Strong Adaptability: The electrical control system has an IP56 protection rating, effectively preventing dust and water spray, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments.

Typical Application Scenarios

Small Communities and Villages: Provides standardized centralized drinking water solutions for islands, coastal, or remote villages lacking centralized water supply.

Small to Medium Commercial Facilities: Meets the basic life and auxiliary production water needs of inns, small resorts, restaurants, and factories.

Vessels and Offshore Operations: Serves as standard desalination equipment for medium-sized fishing boats, cargo ships, engineering ships, and fixed offshore facilities.

Infrastructure and Construction Sites: Provides reliable potable water for small and medium-sized construction camps in remote areas like highways and railways.

Emergency Water Supply Reserves: Can be used as a standardized module to set up emergency water supply points, addressing sudden water shortages.
